Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using aircheckyt.com or its free check (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What Aircheck is — and isn't

Aircheck is an independent, informational tool that estimates how a YouTube channel's stated practices compare to YouTube's publicly available inauthentic-content policy. Aircheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google, and our results are not an official determination of monetization eligibility.

Your results — including any score, risk label, or AI-generated feedback — are informational only. They are our best estimate based on the answers you provide, not a guarantee of any outcome. Always confirm your channel's actual status in YouTube Studio and refer to YouTube's official policies.

3. AI-generated content

Some feedback in your results may be generated with the assistance of an AI model. AI-generated content can be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. You should treat it as a starting point for your own judgment, not as professional, legal, or definitive advice.

4. Plans and payment

Aircheck offers a free plan and paid Creator/Agency plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout (for example, monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on that basis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service to harass or defraud others; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; scrape or bulk-extract data beyond ordinary personal use; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Aircheck name, site design, and original content are owned by us. You retain ownership of anything you submit to us (like your email address); you're not granting us any content license beyond what's needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or that using Aircheck will prevent any YouTube enforcement action.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aircheck and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, monetization status, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law in your own country gives you additional rights that can't be waived.

This is a starting-point draft, structured against current GDPR/CCPA/COPPA guidance and standard SaaS practice — not a substitute for review by a qualified lawyer, especially once real payments are flowing through Stripe.
